"I started this journey at 17, with nothing but a creative spark and a deep love for dogs that I didn't yet fully understand."
What began as a simple idea quickly grew into something much more meaningful — a handcrafted bandana business built on passion, purpose, and heart.
At the centre of it all is Nola, my dog. She didn't just become my companion — she changed the way I see animals. Through her, my love for dogs grew into something powerful and undeniable. She inspired me to create, to design, and to pour my energy into something that celebrates the joy dogs bring into our lives.

Care Guide
Follow these simple steps to keep your pup's Lassy bandana soft, vibrant, and long-lasting wash after wash.

Step 01
Hand Wash Only
Always hand wash your Lassy bandana rather than using a washing machine. Gently submerge the bandana and work the fabric softly between your fingers — never scrub or wring it out, as this can distort the shape and stress the fabric fibres.

Step 02
Use Warm Water
Fill your basin with lukewarm water — not hot, not cold. Hot water can cause the fabric to shrink and colours to bleed, while cold water isn't as effective at lifting dirt and oils from the fibres. Warm water is the sweet spot for a gentle yet effective clean.

Step 03
Gentle Detergent Only
Use a small amount of mild, gentle detergent — ideally one designed for delicates or baby clothes. Harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners can break down the cotton fibres over time and cause the pastel colours to fade faster than they should.

Rinse Thoroughly
After washing, rinse the bandana thoroughly under cool running water until all traces of detergent are completely gone. Leftover detergent residue can irritate your dog's skin and cause the fabric to feel stiff and uncomfortable against their neck.

Air Dry Flat
Gently press out excess water with a clean towel — never wring or twist — then lay the bandana flat on a dry towel or hang it to air dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying entirely, as the heat will shrink the fabric and may warp the shape permanently.

Avoid Direct Sunlight
When drying or storing your bandana, keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources. UV rays are the number one cause of pastel colour fading — even a few hours in direct sun repeatedly over time will dull those beautiful soft tones. Dry in the shade or indoors near a window instead.

Storage Tips
Store your bandanas folded loosely in a cool, dry drawer away from direct light. Avoid storing them compressed under heavy items for long periods as this can create permanent creases. If you have multiple bandanas, keep them together so they're easy to mix and match for your pup's daily looks!

30-Day Return Policy
We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your Lassy purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Shipping Fee Deduction
Please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout will be deducted from your refund amount. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
